GENEVA, Ill. — The Rockford University women’s cross country team finished fourth on Saturday at the Bob Schultz Invite.
Brianna Torres led the Regents with a 13th-place finish, completing the 6K in 26:24.3. Haylee West and Courtney Murphy finished 22nd and 23rd, respectively, with West crossing the finish line in 27:51.6 and Murphy clocking in at 27:57.7. Annabelle Niles and Brooke Lindsey also finished side-by-side, with Niles completing the 6K in 32:32.1 and Lindsey finishing in 32:45.7. Seryna Cox finished 62nd individually with a time of 37:58.3. There were a total of 70 runners.
North Central College (Ill.) won the invite with 27 points, while Lily Anderson of North Central won the individual title with a time of 24:34.4…
