ROCKFORD — The former RBI Bar and Grill on Perryville Road has a new look complete with mariachi figures on its rooftop as work continues to open Los Cabos Mexican Bar and Grill.
Owner Mauricio Gonzalez Chavez said plans are moving forward to open at 3870 N. Perryville Road in approximately a month, pending City Council approval of a liquor license for the restaurant. The former beige-colored building is now burnt orange, a classic color for Mexican restaurants…
