ROCKFORD — The owners of Tom & Jerry’s and Candy Cloud say they’ve reached an agreement with Beef-a-Roo’s corporate owners to reopen and independently operate the restaurant location at North Alpine and Highcrest roads.
The two local business owners have been working in conjunction for months to secure the rights to revive Beef-a-Roo, which suddenly closed in early July. The restaurant at 1680 N.
