JANESVILLE — A 44-year-old Beloit woman charged with using her position as a housing specialist in Janesville to help family members receive federal housing assistance is scheduled for a restitution hearing in November.
Rachel Jacquest has pleaded not guilty to two felony counts of misconduct in office, fraudulent records or statements, and one misdemeanor charge of receiving or concealing stolen property.
