ROCKFORD — The local team that’s reviving the Beef-a-Roo brand has reached a deal to reopen three additional locations, and they’ve hired a former executive from Beef-a-Roo’s past to help lead the comeback.
Alex and Paityn Edwards, the co-owners of Candy Cloud, and Bob Grottke, the owner of Tom & Jerry’s, now have the rights to reopen Beef-a-Roo at 6593 Lexus Drive, 5109 Rock Rose Court in Roscoe and 6380 E.
