ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Rockford Police are asking for the public’s help in locating an endangered man.
Harold Alston, an 82-year-old Black man, was last seen on I-90 at the Monroe and La Crosse county line in Wisconsin at 3:44 p.m. on October 3rd. He is 5’8 and weighs 242 pounds. He has gray hair and hazel eyes and is wearing a green collared shirt, blue jeans and brown Skechers shoes. He is driving a blue 2024 Jeep Compass with Illinois license plate EN27175. He has a condition that places him in danger.
