ROCKFORD — The first of eight local Beef-a-Roo restaurants that shuttered this summer will reopen next week.
The new owners of the Rockford-area Beef-a-Roo restaurants announced that they’ll reopen at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 29 at 6593 Lexus Drive.
Opening dates are not yet set for the other area locations. However, all eight area locations are now secured by the new local ownership group…
