ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – Barbers and beauticians in the Rockford area shows support to community through a new project. For a limited time on Monday, Jan. 22, curious visitors on 917 S. Main St. met with Rockford barbers and beauticians during a free haircut event. The event offered free haircuts, refreshments and context about the event, also known as the Barbershop Project.
