ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Mission Broadcasting and DISH Network reached a retransmission agreement on Monday night, allowing WTVO-TV in Rockford to return to the channel lineup.
The contract expiration on January 6th, 2023, led DISH to remove the station from approximately 13,000 homes.
WTVO was one of 25 stations removed from DISH Network’s distribution system after the contract expired.
Service is expected to resume Tuesday after a long-term agreement was announced Monday night.
