ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Beef-A-Roo announced that it will be offering breakfast at all of its Rockford locations, starting next Monday, January 29th.
The new menu items include Breakfast Sandwiches, Breakfast B*A*Rritos, Breakfast Bowls, Breakfast Sides, and a variety of Coffee Creations, which include brewed coffee and hot chocolate.
Breakfast will be offered between 7 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. daily.
NEXT Brands and Development acquired the franchising rights to Beef-A-Roo in 2021 and announced plans to expand the chain to 50 locations in the Midwest and Southeast in the next 3-5 years.
Beefaroo was founded in Rockford in 1967 and is currently owner-operated, although Beef-A-Roo was named the “ Best Regional Food Chain in Illinois ” by Mashed.com in October 2021.
