There’s been something on display in a Rockford yard that I drive past every weekday during my drive to work, and I still haven’t figured out what it’s supposed to mean. If you use Highcrest Road as a cut-through from Alpine Road to Spring Creek Road, there’s a unique display that you likely didn’t even realize was there, but if you did see it you’re likely just as confused as I am.
