ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – We have been cloudy the past 7 days, and tonight clouds will finally start to break. We will have mostly cloudy to partly cloudy skies as we head into the overnight hours and into the morning. We could see some fog develop into the night in areas where the winds are on the calm side. It won’t be as wide spread as nights past but still be careful as you’re driving. Lows are in the mid-20s.
