Early Sunday Morning January 28, Ogle County Deputies and Oregon EMS responded to the 5200 block of West Penn Corner Road for a reported single-vehicle accident with injuries. During an initial investigation, Deputies determined a westbound vehicle, operated by 25-year-old Kayla J. Price of Oregon failed to reduce speeds before exiting the roadway and striking an embankment.
