Mercyhealth to hold free CPR training day in Janesville

JANESVILLE, Wis. — Mercyhealth will give Janesville community members a chance to learn and practice CPR during an event later this month.

Community CPR Day will be held on Feb. 22 from 3-6 p.m. at the MercyCare Community Center at 580 North Washington Street. The event will be free to attend.

Attendees will get to participate in interactive training sessions and watch demonstrations. The goal is to help prepare more people to be able to respond in the event of an emergency.

There will also be chances to win door prizes, and the event will include light refreshments. Those interested can reserve a spot by calling (888) 396-3729.
