Thursday evening February 1, Ogle County Deputies conducted a traffic stop at Illinois Route 38 and Main Street, Creston. After a brief investigation, Deputies arrested 24-year-old Carlos De Los Reyes of Rochelle for driving while license suspended possession of cannabis more than 100g but less than 500g, and manufacture, deliver, possess with the intent to deliver cannabis more than 30g but less than 500g.
