The 48-year-old Janesville man accused of supplying the illegal drugs that killed a 41-year-old Janesville man in January of 2021 pleads guilty to the charge against him. According to online court records David Steptoe plead guilty to a single count of first degree reckless homicide by delivery of drugs Monday afternoon in Rock County Court.
