JANESVILLE, Wis. (WMTV) – Two teens are under arrest and facing charges over an armed robbery Tuesday morning in Janesville. The Janesville Police Department says the two boys, 17-year-old Ishmail Gill and a 15-year-old both from Janesville, were armed with handguns when they allegedly took personal belongings from a woman walking her dog on the 3800 block of Creekside Drive just before 10:30 a.m.
