JANESVILLE, Wis. (WIFR) – The Rock County Medical Examiner’s Department released the name of the man who died in a car crash early Monday morning. The crash was reported around 2:41 a.m. Monday morning. Police arrived at the scene of the crash – the intersection of Milton Ave and I-90 EB in Janesville.
