MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – Almost ten years ago to the day, a newborn baby was brought home safely to Wisconsin after being found abandoned at a gas station in Iowa. Sergeant Shannon Dykstra was the first to respond after Beloit Police got a call that a newborn baby had gone missing. Just over 24 hours later, the search for Kayden Powell came to a shocking end.
