ROCHELLE – On Feb. 5 at 9:55 a.m. Antonio M. Martinez, 31, of Rochelle was arrested for violation of an order of protection and transferred. On Feb. 6 at 1 p.m. Carrie R. Troha, 42, of Rochelle was arrested for no valid driver’s license. She was released on a notice to appear with a March 15 Rochelle court date.
