One arrested, 2 at large for Belvidere home burglary

BELVIDERE, Ill. (WTVO) — One man has been arrested and two others sought after police responded to a burglary in Belvidere last month.

According to the Boone County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were called to the 12000 block of Wildflower Lane on January 15th for a residential burglary in progress.

Police said Kevin Puckett, 52, of Rockford, was caught near the scene. He was charged with Residential Burglary.

Authorities said Wayne Farley, 36, also of Rockford, has been identified as the second suspect and is currently wanted for Residential Burglary.

The third suspect has not yet been identified, and police said they are not currently facing charges but are wanted for questioning.
