Man killed in Janesville hit-and-run crash identified

JANESVILLE, Wis. — The Rock County Medical Examiner’s Office on Tuesday identified a man who was struck and killed in a hit-and-run crash in Janesville over the weekend.

Kelby R. Hall, 34, of Janesville was hit near the five-points intersection on W. Milwaukee Street at around 6:45 p.m. on Feb. 10. Police believe he may have run into the middle of the road.

Hall succumbed to his injuries at a hospital. Noe Perez Reyes, 23, of Janesville is charged with hit-and-run involving death in connection with the crash.

During an initial appearance on Monday, Reyes’ cash bond was set at $3,000. A preliminary hearing in the case is set for Feb. 20.
