BELVIDERE, Ill. (WIFR) – Up to 120 union members will be laid off according to the UAW 1268 president. Matt Franzen, president of The United Auto Workers (UAW) Local 1268, announced Thursday night via a post on the union’s website there will be a layoff of up to 120 members at the Yangfeng/Belvidere Assembly Plant.
