JANESVILLE, Wis. — The City of Janesville organized a support network for the nearly 100 families facing eviction at the end of the month. Last week, tenants of Janesville landlord Rick Donahue received unexpected eviction notices at their front doors, requiring them to either leave or purchase the places they call home within 28 days.
