BELOIT, Wis. — All lanes reopened on US 51 Newark Rd (County Q) and Baldwin Woods Rd because after a domestic incident.
According to police, a man was taken into custody.
The incident occurred at 6:15 a.m. according to Wisconsin Department of Transportation.
