TOWN OF BELOIT, Wis. (WIFR) – A Beloit man is arrested after multiple squads responded to a home for a disturbance call. Police were called to a home in the 2500 block of S. Riverside Dr. for a disturbance where Cale Tinder, 35, threatened a woman with a gun. The woman escaped, but police learned he was holding a young girl in the home.
