WINNEBAGO COUNTY, Ill. (WIFR) – Drivers should expect lane shifts this weekend in the area where I-39 connects with U.S. 20, the Illinois Department of Transportation says. Starting Friday evening, a traffic shift will take place on Harrison Avenue and U.S. 20 and shift onto new pavement in the area of its interchange with Interstate 39. The shift will continue overnight through Saturday, Sept. 7.
