ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – The 17th annual Mosaic World Film Festival takes place at the Nordlof Center from Friday Sept. 13 to Sunday Sept. 15. The selected films cover a range of styles like documentary, animation, narrative, experimental and more. The festival screens national films and films made by past and present students from Rock Valley College’s mass communication program.
