23-year-old Rock County Jail inmate is accused of bringing in crack cocaine and trading it for a battery. Makenza Tripp of Janesville appeared before Court Commissioner Jack Hoag this week on charges of possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance near a jail and possession of an illegal article.
