Two women carjacked in Rockford; one of two suspects captured

ROCKFORD, Il. (WTVO) — Police have apprehended an alleged carjacker after authorities say he and another unidentified suspect hijacked two women in Rockford on Saturday.

According to the Rockford Police Department, the women were parked in a vehicle in the 5200 block of Wilderness Trail around 3:40 a.m. when they saw an SUV drive slowly past them.
