(WIFR) – Four stateline institutions will receive thousands in state funds for their library and literacy programs. Sauk Valley Community College in Dixon received $67,884, Highland Community College in Freeport received $81,150 and YWCA Northwestern Illinois in Rockford received $85,000 for their literacy programs. Northern Illinois Radio Information Service in DeKalb received $28,273 for its library services.
