GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – A repeat sex offender was sentenced in Green Bay to 25 years in a federal prison. Court records say David Fuchs, 41, of Janesville, was engaging with an undercover officer who was posing online as a 12-year-old girl. Fuchs also talked to a different undercover officer and offered $100 to have sex with a 7-year-old girl.
