BYRON, Ill. (WTVO) — A 16-year-old boy was injured in a motorcycle crash in Byron late Tuesday.
According to the Ogle County Sheriff’s Office, the teen lost control over his vehicle in the 7100 block of N. River Road around 10:17 p.m.
Police said the driver did suffer injuries in the crash and was taken to a Rockford hospital by the Byron Fire Department ambulance.
Authorities said charges are pending in the investigation.
