ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Rockford Police arrested William Butler, 69, for allegedly manufacturing and delivering 9 pounds of cannabis.
On October 1, around 9:58 a.m., officers searched a house in the 1300 block of Harding Street with an approved search warrant. Authorities found Butler among other people before securing the house.
Officials said they found a little over 9 pounds of cannabis in total throughout the house along with almost 11,000 dollars in cash.
Police attempted to interview Butler but he requested an attorney.
Butler was booked into the Winnebago County Jail later that day and is charged with manufacturing and delivering between 2,000 and 5,000 grams of cannabis.
