City of Beloit seeks input for future parks and recreation development

BELOIT, Wis. — The City of Beloit wants to hear from those who actively use its parks and other spaces, about how it can improve in the coming years.

A survey is open through Friday , as the city works to update its Parks, Outdoor Recreation and Open Space Plan.

The results of the survey will allow the City of Beloit to identify areas for improvement in a five-year plan. The city will also use the results to better help residents connect with its parks, recreational opportunities, and open spaces.

Once the plan is created, the City said it would also allow it to receive Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources grant funding to further improve its parks and trails system.
