The 35-year-old Beloit man arrested after a standoff with police last month in the 2500 block of Riverside Drive is bound over for trial. Cale Tinder appeared in Rock County Court Monday where he waived his right to a preliminary hearing on charges of failure to comply with police and disorderly conduct with use of a dangerous weapon.
