ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – Three teens face charges after an armed robbery during an arranged sale leads to a shooting and car crash, according to police. Terrance Preshon, 18, from North Carolina, is charged with aggravated discharge of a weapon, aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, no valid FOID, possession of a stolen vehicle, resisting arrest, unlawful use of a weapon warrant, armed robbery and aggravated battery with great bodily harm.
