Rockford man accused of meth delivery

ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Winnebago County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jacob Bunting, 31, for allegedly delivering meth.

On October 9, police saw a gray Kia Forte in the area of 21st Place and 8th Street with Bunting in the car. Officials proceeded to take the suspect into custody.

Authorities conduct investigations before the arrest, according to court documents.

Police searched Bunting and found methamphetamine, cocaine and large amounts of cash.

During an interview with deputies, the suspect told them he sells methamphetamine and small amounts of cocaine.

Bunting is charged with possession of Schedule 4 drugs and meth delivery.
