ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – When it comes to the Stateline’s weather this October, it really hasn’t felt at all like October, that is, until recently. Following a seasonably cool Sunday, the Stateline played host to a rare chilly day Monday, with temperatures not getting out of the middle 50s. Unfortunately for those who aren’t particularly fond of the cooler temperatures, the coldest is still yet to come.
