The Janesville man convicted of supplying the illegal drugs that killed a 41-year-old Janesville man in January of 2021 will spend more than two decades behind bars. 49-year-old David Steptoe plead guilty to first degree reckless homicide by delivery of drugs and possession with intent to deliver fentanyl back in February.
