MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – Construction is expected to begin next year for the long awaited Children’s Museum of Rock County, organizers announced Monday morning. Museum officials said construction on the downtown Janesville building, which will be located at the site of the former Chase bank at 100 W. Milwaukee Street, will begin in spring of 2025.
