ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – Four juveniles were arrested Thursday afternoon after reports that a stolen car was found in a mall parking lot. Around 4:40 p.m. Thursday, Cherry Valley police officers and Winnebago County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a Kia sedan reported stolen from Jefferson High School parked at CherryVale Mall.
