Downtown Rockford shooting leads to arrest of DeKalb man

ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – One person is arrested after a shooting in downtown leaves one person hurt.

Jaylydell Grayer Jr., 24, from DeKalb is accused of aggravated battery with a firearm, aggravated discharge of a firearm and aggravated unlawful possession of a weapon.
