ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — The Winnebago County State’s Attorney’s Office is pressing charges against Miguel Avila, 33, for the fatal crash that resulted in the death of Brandy Norris, 33, in January.
According to the coroner’s office, around 8:23 a.m., Rockford Police were called to the 4600 block of E. State Street, on Saturday, January 25th, for a two-car crash.
