An accident that occurred in the Town of Avon last week resulted in the death of a lady, and the Rock County Medical Examiner’s Department was able to identify her on Tuesday.
On Thursday, a collision that occurred close to the intersection of West Skinner Road and South Moraity Road resulted in the death of Madalyn Samonig, who was 26 years old and from Orfordville. According to the first findings of a forensic investigation, she passed away as a result of injuries she acquired in the collision.
Samonig was driving her vehicle eastbound on West Skinner Road when it went off the road and collided with a tree, as stated by the Rock County Sheriff’s Office. At the time of the collision, there was also a father and three children in the vehicle, and all of them were sent to a hospital for treatment of their injuries…
