ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Police in Rockford are investigating the death of a 64-year-old man at a home on Collins Street late Tuesday.
Authorities said the deceased was found in the 3300 block of Collins, near 11th Street and Sandy Hollow Road, prior to 10 p.m.
