Rockford 14-year-old accused of trying to steal vehicle

ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – Police arrest a 14-year-old following a rash of calls about vehicles being stolen or attempted thefts.

A 14-year-old boy from Rockford is charged with aggravated battery in a public place, attempted vehicular hijacking, burglary to vehicle possession of a stolen vehicle and possession of burglary tools.
