BYRON, Ill. (WIFR) – More than 300 cars gather at the Byron Dragway, 7287 N River Rd. for Day One of Sick Summer 2025.
“It just such a great track,” said Tom Bailey, founder of Sick the Magazine. “We love the Midwest, because the fan support is so awesome. I mean it is a Monday like 11 in the morning, and the place is packed. That’s why we love coming back here every year.”
In addition to festivities on June 15 and 16, Byron Dragway will also host the final day of competition and an awards ceremony on Friday June 20. It is one of two tracks Sick Summer will visit in Illinois this year…
