LOVES PARK — Anderson Automotive Group has cut the ribbon on its new Anderson Kia dealership and service center at Perryville and Nimtz roads.
The roughly 30,000-square foot dealership at 4899 N. Perryville Road, just north of Peak, opened June 2. The company and The Parks Chamber of Commerce joined together on Tuesday to celebrate with the official ribbon-cutting ceremony. It was the third ribbon-cutting for The Parks Chamber in two days, after celebrating the grand openings of Capri Restaurant, 6480 E. Riverside Blvd., and Bufalo Family Laundromat, 6202 Forest Hills Road, a day earlier.
The facility, which was built by Stenstrom Construction, triples the size of its previous home of Kia at 226 N. Alpine Road in Rockford. It also adds new automotive technologies and customer amenities such as its premium lounge with a 100-inch flat screen TV…
