ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – I am happy to report that our severe threat has lowered quite a bit today. While it’s not impossible, I think the vast majority of the stronger storms will be well to our southeast. Anyways we will still be impacted by showers and thunderstorms this afternoon and likely through this evening.
